We have created a comprehensive 3-year plan for the Bethlehem Association for Sports Development involves setting a structured framework that aligns with both the organization's mission and relevant United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The BASD focus areas—training young players, coaches, scouts, schoolteachers, and sports management professionals, alongside developing awareness programs about sports values and esports development—intersect with several SDGs, particularly:

• SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being (Promote mental health and physical well-being through sports and physical activity)

• SDG 4: Quality Education (Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education by providing training and development opportunities)

• SDG 5: Gender Equality (Achieve gender equality by promoting women and girls' participation in all sports activities)

Year 1 (2024) Foundation and Partnership Building

Objectives:

1. Establish Core Programs and Initiatives:

   • Develop training modules for young players, coaches, scouts, school teachers, and sports management professionals.

   • Launch awareness programs on sports values, emphasizing ethics, teamwork, and leadership.

   • Initiate an esports development program focusing on the integration of digital technologies in sports.

2. Build Partnerships:

   • Collaborate with local and national sports federations, educational institutions, and community organizations.

   • Secure partnerships with businesses and sponsors to support program funding.

3. Pilot Projects:

   • Launch pilot training sessions and workshops in targeted sports and esports areas.
